As I live in Seremban 2, the nearest shopping available to me is AEON- 5 minutes drive. Row Six is one of the restaurants I frequent a lot in AEON. One of the reason I come here often is because it is less crowded and their spacious seating lol. The seating is arranged in a booth so Ethan get to move around. I sit on the outside so Ethan is ‘trapped’ in the corner ahahaha. He is currently 1 year and 5 months old and he couldn’t sit still. Omg, can any mommies give me any tips? Usually, I will put on nursery songs on my iPhone to occupy him and feed him. Then he’ll want to stand or request me to carry him…but I haven’t finish eating 🙁
Row Six is a restaurant serving Nanyang cuisine and coffee.
Yeah, so I go to Row Six a lot and here are all the food:
There’s a generous amount of ham in it. The slices of pineapple, mango and carrots drizzled generously with the sauce that’s slightly sour, salty and savoury. Not sure how they make the sauce so addictive. My grandma ate a quarter of this even though she lost her appetite. It’s that yummy!
On their menu, this appear huge but it’s quite a small serving in reality. There’s quite a few prawns in it though 🙂 When I first had it last year, I was hooked. It was spicy and sour to the max that it made my eyes water but I will still continue to eat it until I finish it. And I wouldn’t even waste the sauce and put it into my rice lol. I tried it recently and I’m not sure maybe they’ve changed the chef? Cause it wasn’t that spicy anymore and it’s slightly sweeter now. A little sad they’ve modified it…
I tried it because I was craving for asam laksa and this is the only place I know. Any recommendations of asam laksa in Seremban? This is slightly pricier than what I’d go for but you do get what you pay for. The serving is huge and I couldn’t finish it. There’s generous amount of mackerel, noodles and soup. It’s really spicy and sour – although not as good as those I tasted in Penang, but close enough. Highly recommended to try this.
Ordered it because I wanted to get my Tom Yam fix. Row Six Seremban only serves Tom Yam Seafood (no chicken or prawns lol) and it comes with two sticks of chicken satay. The chicken is very tender and coated with lots of peanut sauce. It’s so yummy I’d probably finish 5 sticks if they give it to me ahahaha. When the server brought this out to me, I was a little disappointed because the Tom Yam bowl is quite small. (It’s the size of a bowl of rice!) There’s 2 mussels, several prawns and squids…quite generous I think. This dish is the spiciest I’ve tasted in Row Six. After a few sips, I had to drink lots of water >.<" But kinda addictive and challenging to finish that bowl. HAHAHA, I won't complain it comes in a small bowl already. I love the spiciness of this but...I ate this twice and both times I had stomach ache. Maybe my stomach cannot handle too spicy food? T____T Recommended to those wanting a challenge. The chicken is tender and goes perfectly with the sauce. Super fragrant with coconut milk. But not recommended as the skin is not crispy. HAHAHA sorry I know, bad joke. I love the pickled onions, pickled papaya and kangkung chilli. Another favourite of mine that I ordered this 3 times already.
Oh, need to recommend this to the MasterChef UK. The chicken skin is really crispy lol. However, my brother and sister didn’t like it so much because they marinated it with herbs? I thought it tasted fine though…..
One of the more expensive dishes and the only one I managed to finish in one seating. I wanted more petai in it though…..I know I’m greedy ahahah. Loved the picked onions and papaya.
One of the inexpensive dish priced at RM14.95. The grilled chicken serving is huge and tasted alright but compared to others, this is my least favourite.
I don’t usually have mine with sugar on it but would you pay RM7.95(before service charge & GST) for this?
It was really hot that day so I ordered this. As good as those you find in hawker centres.
I don’t get why there isn’t more people eating here. I find the prices really reasonable. The serving for me is huge; I can never finish one plate by myself(except the petai one). My mom and I thought the food’s delicious. However, my brother, sister didn’t like it much ahah. So I guess it’s down to preferences. Their staff is very friendly and polite. Furthermore, there’s special offers for members. On 11th-13th May, mommies get to eat for free and in June there’s 50% discount off total bills. Good things must share right? Don’t say I don’t ajak.
Finish the post with my favourite picture. Ethan was so tired after playing in Kidszoonia. He fell asleep while eating nasi ketuk. While eating – just like Fire Fist Ace from One Piece ahahahaha. After 30minutes while we were shopping, he woke up and continued to chew the rice! Omg, this is another level I didn’t even master yet.
